About the romantic postcard "Cette fleur"

This is Swiss Skeli’s Aunty La Goulue, Queen of Monmartre. She is not a Fairy Skeli, but rather a dancer. She was the Muse of a famous painter Skeli: Skeli Henri de Tee-El. She came calling at Père Lachaise Cemetery and invited Swiss Skeli and La Catrina over to her house at the Montmartre Cemetery for a glass of Armagnac. They talked into the wee hours of the night.

The printed text in French, upper left-hand corner reads: "Bonne Annee" (The English translation is: "Happy New Year"). Creases in upper right-hand corner on original card.

This postcard is from around 1900. All cards mounted on white 250 g/m² paper with trimmed edges. Vintage postcard, collaged and overpainted with acrylic paint, 13.3 x 8.4 cm, no frame. Signed and dated in pencil on back. This can be easily erased in the event you want to use the card.

Please note that since these are antique postcards, some might contain small tears, pinholes and/or scratches. Fleshy tries her best to lovingly craft each card, but sometimes a tear might be too close to the overall subject to cut it out. The actual colors might differ slightly from your monitor.

Every postcard is a small, unique work of art!

Delivery throughout Europe and overseas is with normal postal mail in cardboard envelopes so nothing should bend. Postage and packaging are calculated at checkout.
